We are looking for an Account Manager to ensure operational excellence across all clients and foster profitable relationships with large app advertisers, agencies and other companies that could use our app retargeting platform.
- You will collaborate on the day to day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their expectations and analyze advertising campaign metrics to achieve their performance goals (ROI, ROAS, Revenue…).
- You will support client business reviews, communicate campaign optimizations and escalate any internal issues and concerns raised by clients.
- You will partner closely with the Sales and Ad Operations teams to ensure that the on-boarding of new clients is timely and efficiently, accomplished with an optimal setup.
- You will own, from end to end, all strategic conversations.
- You will ensure campaigns are setup thoughtfully during pre-launch conversations.
- You will strive to understand our client’s business models, marketing mix, focus areas, and the driving force behind their requests.
- Act as trusted advisor and industry thought leader.
- Have an in depth understanding of clients’ goals and pain points. The right person should be able to anticipate a client’s asks.
- Independence in developing strategies and work style.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve product and service experience by representing the voice of customers.
- Must have at least 2+ years of direct advertising/marketing industry experience or related.
- Solid knowledge and experience in mobile marketing, performance marketing (retargeting), and in-app strategy initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue driven environment.
- Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal campaign performance for all clients.
- Experience working within User Acquisition, In-App Growth Marketing or Retargeting a plus.
- A track record of proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams.
