In order to foster our global, inclusive, and diverse environment we’re looking for a dedicated Business Recruiter who is passionate about working with people and will take a crucial role in scaling our organisation. You will:
Partner with our people managers across business departments to determine recruitment needs, desired candidate profiles and support in building exceptional teams.
Identify, attract and source relevant talent by leveraging various employer marketing initiatives, including direct outreach/sourcing.
Conduct and coordinate end-to-end selection processes from screening, scheduling and interviewing to offer making.
Promote and maintain a seamless candidate experience that gets people excited about joining Remerge.
Maintain a positive hiring manager experience through smooth coordination and communication.
Contribute to ongoing recruitment projects and innovate our processes.
Help grow an engaged and high-performing talent acquisition team.
You are passionate about talent acquisition, people and technology and enjoy working in a collaborative work environment where sharing your knowledge, gaining new insights and working as a team is key.
You have proven success in a similar recruitment role and at least 2 years of experience in startups or scaleups.
You have previous direct sourcing experience which allows you to identify, engage and attract great talent.
You have experience in managing candidates and stakeholders from different cultures and diverse backgrounds.
You are proactive, organised and always seek to learn and improve.
You have strong communication skills and a customer oriented approach to things.
