Product Knowledge Transfer:
You will be responsible for a proper knowledge transfer across all U.S. based teams (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, etc.).
Being the regional product champion, you are the go-to person for all of the US teams regarding any questions they have towards our product.
Representing the regional teams, you are the go-to person for our HQ teams like Product and Product Marketing for all questions they have towards the US Sales and Account Managers.
You will help onboarding new members of the regional team and provide constant product training to ensure a high level of product knowledge.
You will need to work closely with Product and Operations team collecting feedback on what topics the teams need to be trained on.
Support Product Roadmap and Rollout:
You will support the rollout of all commercial products in terms of internal team training and help localizing collaterals for external communication with clients.
You will support the Sales team selling the right setups and products by joining client meetings, calls and events, and help answering emails.
You will provide insights and feedback to the central Product team to help aligning our global Product strategy with our regional needs.
You will help improving Product team releases, translating regional business needs into Product requirements, and ensure business testing and change management.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a programmatic mobile performance marketing environment, with a client facing role (ideally Account Management).
Great communication skills, since you will have to drive alignment with internal cross-functional teams).
Ad tech affinity, since you will have to become very knowledgeable about our products and technical implementations.
Customer-oriented, since you will have to acquire a deep understanding of our clients objectives.
Analytical, since you will have to understand what drives performance for our clients.
Methodological, since you will deep dive on the drivers of customer satisfaction through face to face interviews and other qualitative feedback mechanisms.
You will develop a deep understanding of our reporting and attribution tools.
