About the Role
Working for a fast-growing, data-driven mobile ad tech scaleup with proven success across regions, the Country Manager will oversee the development of the Remerge business further into the Korea market. This role will be responsible for implementing a scalable business across the region by building/leading a multi-functional team of app retargeting experts in sales and account management with the goal to sign-up and retain Korea’s top app developers and ensure highest customer satisfaction.

Manage and lead a first-class, high-performing, multi-functional team
Own the go-to-market strategy, defining and prioritizing target buyer segments, value proposition, marketing and promotion, and distribution channels.
Remain hands-on in driving business development for prospective and existing clients.
Adapt business operations according to regional requirements, making customer satisfaction a core deliverable within the region.
Revert insights from Korea to HQ and vice versa to enable executive management to make decisions based on the best information available.
Constantly look at product innovation in the context of influencing the global strategic product roadmap as it applies to the region.
Build strong partnerships with key app developers, media agencies, suppliers, attribution providers.
A generalist and great team player with strong business development acumen.
Start-up mentality and getting-things-done attitude - very hands-on vs. delegation.
Substantial senior-level experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of scaling technology-driven businesses.
AdTech and/or mobile app experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership experience.
Strategic and data-driven thinking.
A humble, respectful and ethical approach to people.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a highly complex, diverse, changing environment, maintaining focus on key business goals.
Proven Sales and/or Customer Success Management skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% regionally and internationally including Europe and Asia.
University degree or equivalent level of education.
