Job Mission
We are looking for a General Manager Americas to help us continue our strong growth. This is a key member of the management team and reporting directly to the CRO, who will lead the effort of making us the app performance marketing leader in the enterprise customer segment in the Americas region. We are looking for a hands-on professional who brings both proven track record of scaling technology-driven businesses along with strong leadership skills, to act as a key member of our management team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build a strong and unified cross-functional, enterprise-level commercial team;
  • Create alignment of the regional team with our global company values and culture;
  • Be the ambassador for the regional team towards central management and vice versa;
  • Increase operational efficiency within the regional team and with central teams;
  • Manage strategic mid- and long-term business planning (revenues, budgets, headcount).


  • Relevant experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of scaling technology-driven businesses;
  • AdTech or MarTech experience strongly preferred;
  • Personality in alignment with our values of transparency, creating a respectful & fair work environment, being united and dedicated towards our goal, thrive for efficiency in every step;
  • Start-up mentality/hands-on and getting-things-done attitude;
  • A humble, respectful and ethical approach to people;
  • Strong leadership experience;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a highly complex, diverse, changing environment, maintaining focus on key business goals;
  • Ability to travel up to 50% regionally and internationally.
