Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to ensure operational excellence across all clients and foster profitable relationships with large app advertisers, agencies and other companies that could use our app retargeting platform.

  • You will collaborate on the day to day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their expectations and analyze advertising campaign metrics to achieve their performance goals (ROI, ROAS, Revenue…).

  • You will support client business reviews, communicate campaign optimizations and escalate any internal issues and concerns raised by clients.

  • You will partner closely with the Sales and Ad Operations teams to ensure that the on-boarding of new clients is efficient and accomplished with an optimal setup.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for customer success and creating long term relationships with your clients, while upselling and growing accounts.

  • You will own, from end to end, all strategic conversations.

  • You will ensure campaigns are set up thoughtfully during pre-launch conversations.

  • You will strive to understand our client’s business models, marketing mix, focus areas, and the driving force behind their requests.

  • Act as trusted advisor and industry thought leader.

  • Have an in-depth understanding of clients’ goals and pain points. The right person should be able to anticipate a client’s asks.

  • Independence in developing strategies and work style.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and service experience by representing the voice of customers. Your knowledge will support our internal client teams in building successful relationships with leading brands and advertisers.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience working in a relevant client services role within the media or advertising industry, including exposure to the technical environment required to understand mobile apps.

  • Passionate about advertising/mobile apps with a strong desire to become an expert in account management, customer success, media buying, and ad operations.

  • Experience with DSPs/ad servers/mobile apps/data is desirable.

  • Sound understanding of campaign performance drivers and the ability to initiate dialogues internally/externally to commence and drive improvements.

  • Be data-driven, possess strong analytical skills and have a passion for start-ups.

  • Motivation to resolve problems independently, while working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.

  • Proven reputation for being helpful & easy to work with among diverse groups of people and departments.
