Job Summary 

You will help us create strong relationships with advertisers in the mobile app space. Our goal is to be a leader in a fast-paced and innovative industry; this is an opportunity to join our team to grow client relationships and drive revenue. You should be proactive and independently driven. You have a keen interest in the mobile app/ game commerce space and ad technology, have the mentality of a team player, and the vision to reiterate towards new solutions to make the impossible work.

Job Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to ensure operational excellence across all clients and foster profitable relationships with large app advertisers, agencies and other companies that could use our app retargeting platform.
  • You will manage clients’ expectations at all levels, becoming proficient in planning, launching, optimizing, troubleshooting and analyzing retargeting advertising performance metrics while proactively assisting with campaign performance enhancements.
  • You will be responsible for customer success and creating long term relationships with your clients, but also to upsell and grow accounts.
  • You will be working closely with your Sales, AdOperations, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Product and Design colleagues to optimize our product delivery and service.
  • Your knowledge will support our internal client teams in building successful relationships with leading brands and advertisers.
  • You will need to have regular communication with your clients via email/messenger, calls and in person meetings.
  • Regular face to face meetings with your colleagues in other APAC offices will be required and represent an opportunity for you to exchange knowledge and experiences first handed with your peers.


  • Native Japanese speaker, alternatively business fluent, in both speaking and writing.
  • Passionate about advertising/mobile apps with a strong desire to become an expert in account management, customer success, media buying, and ad operations.
  • 4-6 years experience working in a relevant client services role ideally within the media or advertising industry, including exposure to the technical environment required to understand mobile apps.
  • Experience with DSPs/ad servers/mobile apps/data is desirable.
  • Sound understanding of campaign performance drivers and the ability to initiate dialogues internally/externally to commence and drive improvements.
  • Be data-driven, possess strong analytical skills and have a passion for start-ups.
  • Motivation to resolve problems independently, while working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Solution-oriented and able to find creative solutions to tricky problems.
  • Proven reputation for being helpful & easy to work with among diverse groups of people and departments.
  • Successful candidate should be comfortable in communicating both in Japanese and English with external/internal stakeholders.
