Job Mission
We are looking for a VP Global Customer Success to help us continue to improve the quality of our account management service to enterprise-level clients globally. This is a key member of the management team and reporting directly to the CRO, who will provide strategic guidance and support to our regional management and account management teams. We are looking for a hands-on professional who brings both proven track record in customer success along with strong leadership skills, to act as a key member of our management team.

Job Responsibilities

Support our regional account management teams by:

  • providing client-vertical specific expertise - internally via workshops, and externally during key client pitches and business reviews;
  • improving and unifying our account management job responsibilities, recruiting process, onboarding plans, training curriculum, and career development plans;
  • providing mentorship and coaching to our regional account management team leads;
  • streamlining processes and coordinating the evaluation and roll-out of new tools;
  • helping with executive representation during regional offsites, conferences & industry events and at key client meetings;
  • supporting with product rollouts and collecting regional product priorities.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years experience in a similar role at a managed service performance marketing DSP or MarTech platform;
    • Deep understanding of the app performance marketing ecosystem;
    • Exceptional project management and communication skills;
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-organisationally, especially with account management / customer success, sales, operations, product and marketing;
    • A proactive self-starter with a business mindset and experience building use cases from market research and analysis.
