Job Mission
We are looking for a VP, Global Marketing to help us continue our strong growth worldwide. This is a key member of the management team and reporting directly to the CRO, who will lead the effort to position the company and its products globally towards the world’s leading mobile app developers in order to accelerate our growth.

This person will be responsible for our global Marketing strategy (encompassing Product Marketing, Events & Field Marketing, Content Marketing, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, and Communications) and build a high-performing team. We are looking for a hands-on professional who brings both proven B2B Marketing experience along with strong leadership skills, to act as a key member of our management team.


  

Job responsibilities

  • Position our company as a global leader and innovator in the app performance marketing space.
  • Responsible for all marketing activities (product marketing, events, content, partner, demand generation, communications) in close conjunction with our Product Management team, regional Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Set strategic and operational plans for the marketing team, including budget, headcount, and priorities.
  • Attract and retain top marketing talent in order to build a world-class marketing team.
  • Implement processes for an efficient and effective performance of the global Marketing team and its interfacing departments.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the executive management.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.

     

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience working in a B2B tech company targeting enterprise customers globally.
  • AdTech or MarTech experience preferred.
  • Proven expertise in Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Content, Brand Marketing, Demand Generation.
  • Experience in working in a fast-growing global Scale-up environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in building up successful marketing teams.
  • A strategic approach, with strong leadership, communication, analytical and project management skills.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel on a quarterly basis to our regional offices.
